How it works

Draw with your finger, type the play in plain words, or photograph the whiteboard you already use: one photo per step, from the setup to the shot. AI turns them into a clean, editable play.
Every step plays out in game-style 3D or a clean board view. Players follow their own color, from their own spot, against a defense that reacts.
Assign plays as homework. Players learn every spot, take quick quizzes, and earn Team IQ. You see who's ready before practice starts.

Tip: tap Read: Mix it up under the court. The defense changes its look every run, and the offense has to read it: a post seal or back cut when the defense gives it up, and the counter when the defense jumps a passing lane. When a cutter gets open, watch for the OPEN! call.
Live reads
The defense doesn't follow your script, and neither does the offense. Every run the defense shows a fresh look: tight, solid, or loose. The offense learns to read it and take what's there, like a post seal or a back cut. The defense learns to read the offense and jump a passing lane. And everyone learns to talk: when you're open, yell it. Set the level to Basic, High School, or College.
The post defender plays behind. Seal her on the block, show a hand, and call for it.
The wing gets overplayed. Cut behind her, yell "Open!" and get hit on the cut.
The defense knows the play and jumps the passing lane. The offense has to see it coming and counter.
Same play, other side of the floor. Players learn it both ways.

No. Prepare Sports runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer. Players can add it to their home screen if they want it to feel like an app.
You add players or send an invite link. Players sign in with your team code, their username, and a password. Nobody joins without your approval.
Yes. Most plays take a few steps, so snap one photo per step, in order: the setup and first move, then each next move, ending with the shot or layup. AI reads the photos in order and builds the players, cuts, passes, dribbles, screens, and the finish into a play you can edit. You can also trace over each photo yourself, one step at a time.
Only the coaches and players on your team. Teams are invite-only.
Youth, middle school, high school, AAU, and college. Defensive looks can be set to Basic, High School, or College, and rosters come in girls and boys sizing.
Basketball is live now. Other sports that use a whiteboard, like football, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, and hockey, are on the roadmap. Tell us your sport when you sign up.
